Yes, a contract is signed prior to every event. The terms of the contract are clearly defined which include our cancellation policy, party information and services being provided. The contract guarantees the client is being provided with the services they are expecting.
We accept either cash, check or credit card! There are no hidden charges on our services.
Payment Schedule: 30% Deposit Due Upon Signing of Contract | 30% Due Six Month Prior to Event Date | 40% Due One Month Prior to Event Date.
Gratuity is not included and greatly appreciated! The average gratuity is between 10%-15% of the total fee.
1) Deposit is non-refundable.
2) Contract is valid rain or shine. Client is required to provide entertainers with shelter from rain.
3) If cancellation is required as a result of weather, there is no loss of deposit, if event is rescheduled to a mutually agreeable time and date.
